The terms that govern your use of the ReadRush app and website.
Welcome to ReadRush. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and ReadRush governing your access to and use of the ReadRush mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, downloading, installing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Service.
ReadRush is a language-learning platform that helps users build reading fluency through leveled passages, adjustable-speed narration, a Voice On/Off toggle, interactive quizzes, and progress tracking, currently available in English, Turkish, French, German, Spanish, and Italian.
Every user of the Service is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you are using the Service on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on their behalf.
ReadRush is intended for users aged 13 and older. To access certain features, you must create an Account using a valid email address or a supported third-party sign-in method (Google or Apple). You agree that the information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and belongs to you.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, notify us immediately at readrushinfo@gmail.com. ReadRush is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.
ReadRush provides the following core features, subject to change as described in Section 14:
ReadRush is designed solely for personal, educational, and non-commercial use. When using the Service, you agree not to:
Violation of this section may result in suspension or permanent termination of your Account, as described in Section 15.
Some ReadRush features require a paid subscription. Available plans — Monthly, 3-Month, 6-Month, and Yearly — are described in the app and on our Pricing page. Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective billing terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play). ReadRush does not store or process payment details directly — all billing is handled by the respective app store.
If you previously purchased a subscription, it can be restored by signing in with the same account after reinstalling the app or switching devices, using the relevant app store's restore-purchases function.
Refunds for purchases or subscriptions made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are processed according to the respective store's policies.
ReadRush does not issue direct refunds for in-app purchases or subscriptions; all financial transactions are managed by Apple and Google in accordance with their own policies.
All Content provided within ReadRush — including text, graphics, quizzes, voice narration, source code, trademarks, and design elements — is the intellectual property of ReadRush or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any material is strictly prohibited.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ReadRush grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may provide feedback or suggestions to improve ReadRush. By submitting feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use, modify, or incorporate your suggestions into the Service, without any obligation to compensate you.
ReadRush is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. While we aim to deliver a high-quality experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadRush and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to data loss, device malfunction, or unauthorized access to your Account.
ReadRush may modify, add, or remove features, reading levels, languages, or Premium benefits at any time to improve security, performance, or user experience. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, third-party service issues, or events beyond our reasonable control. ReadRush is not liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.
You may stop using ReadRush at any time by deleting your account or uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the Service, or pose a security risk to our platform or other users, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
Your use of ReadRush is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review it to understand our data practices.
ReadRush is not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or infrastructure outages, power failures, acts of government authorities, or other force majeure events.
We may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes to our services, legal obligations, or policies. The updated version will be posted on this page together with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where a change materially affects your rights, we may notify you in-app or ask you to re-accept the updated Terms. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved before the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts for users acting as consumers, and before the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara, Türkiye for all other disputes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReadRush regarding the Service. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right.
