Welcome to ReadRush. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ReadRush mobile application, website, and related services. By downloading, installing, or using our app, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
ReadRush is designed solely for personal, educational, and non-commercial use. You agree not to use the service in any unlawful or harmful manner, including attempting to hack, modify, or interfere with app functionality, servers, or security systems. Any misuse may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address or third-party login (Google, Apple, etc.). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at readrushinfo@gmail.com.
All content provided within ReadRush — including text, graphics, quizzes, voice content, code, trademarks, and design elements — is the intellectual property of ReadRush or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution of any material is strictly prohibited. Limited personal use is permitted only within the scope of this agreement.
Some ReadRush features require a paid subscription or one-time in-app purchase.
Payments are processed securely via Apple App Store or Google Play Store,
and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
Subscription fees may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least
24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription directly through your
device account settings (App Store or Google Play). ReadRush does not store or process any payment
details directly — all transactions are handled by the app stores.
You may provide feedback or suggestions to improve ReadRush. By submitting feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use, modify, or incorporate your suggestions into the app. We are not obligated to provide compensation for submitted ideas or improvements.
ReadRush is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the app. While we aim to deliver a high-quality experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadRush and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services — including but not limited to data loss, device malfunction, or unauthorized access to user accounts.
Your use of ReadRush is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it to understand how we collect and protect your information.
We may modify these Terms at any time to reflect updates to our services, legal obligations, or policies. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the app after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using ReadRush at any time by deleting your account or uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks to our platform or users.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ankara, Türkiye.

Refunds for purchases or subscriptions made through the Apple App Store or
Google Play Store are processed according to the respective store’s policies.
• For Apple users: You can request a refund by visiting
reportaproblem.apple.com.
• For Google Play users: Refund requests can be submitted through
Google Play Help.
ReadRush does not issue direct refunds for in-app purchases. All financial transactions are managed by
Apple and Google in accordance with their policies.
